In our six-week fitness and fat loss programme, Kristin will support you to learn what's stopping you from achieving your fitness goals and to create new habits that support you to shape up ... for good.

Each weekly session will combine a personal training session with conversational work on specific issues you may be experiencing related to fitness and the '4 big rocks' - all of which impact your ability to get fit and stay in shape:

Before starting the programme, Kristin will ask you about your current situation, what issues you have been experiencing and what you hope to achieve from the programme. This will help her to personalise sessions to your needs.

Price: £450 for six weeks (it is recommended the six weekly sessions are taken over consecutive weeks where possibly and sessions must be taken within two months).

Kristin Kojan is a fitness professional, strength, flexibility and fat loss coach who has recently relocated to London from California.

She is a certified massage therapist, CrossFitter, Trampolinist, and passionate weight training devotee.

She received most of her education and experience in the US where she lived for over 20 years.

She works with a variety of clients and designs training and fitness programs based on client assessment, athletic background, and goals.
