Who is it for?

Your Physiotherapist will guide you through each exercise safely to aid your rehabilitation and work towards your goals

How to start
Clinical Pilates Assessment:
Prior to any Clinical Pilates classes or private sessions you will need to be assessed by one of our Physiotherapists. During this 45 minute appointment your Physiotherapist will perform a full assessment and take a thorough medical history so they know exactly what to work on and take into account any injuries, conditions or pathologies. During this assessment you can discuss your goals and aims, your Physiotherapist will then advise the best plan for you.
Clinical Pilates Group Classes:
After your assessment you book into any of our group clinical Pilates classes. We offer a mat or reformer based clinical class, all taught by a specialist Physiotherapist. You can purchase a single class or we offer both 6 or 12 class passed which offer a discount on each class. Contact reception to book your class.
Private Clinical Pilates Follow-ups:
We also offer private Clinical Pilates follow-ups. These appointments are completely tailored to your ability and goals with just you and your Physiotherapist.
If your Physiotherapist has advised 4+ follow-ups, you can purchase a package of 4 follow-ups to receive a 10% discount. These follow-ups will be 1:1 and bookable via appointment only. Call reception to book this appointment.
