Beginners Pilates Workshops

We know that starting something new can be daunting and we've designed our beginners workshops with this in mind.

Our Pilates for Beginners Workshops are designed for complete beginners and those returning to exercise after a long gap. With a maximum of 12 students, the two hour workshop will focus on developing an understanding of Pilates terminology along with the basic movements and breathing giving you the confidence to join our Pilates Foundations classes with an enhanced understanding of Pilates.
