Congratulations on your pregnancy. While your body is at work creating your baby you are likely to be experiencing quite a journey. Every mum will have a unique experience, with common threads that make this a great time to connect with others in a similar position.

It is paramount that you attend specifically designed classes. While we seek to accommodate pregnancy in all our classes, not all our teachers are trained in prenatal knowledge and therefore find that adjusting the spectrum of exercises to suit pregnancy compromises the experience for everyone in the class, including you.

PLEASE WAIT UNTIL AFTER YOUR 12 WEEK SCAN BEFORE ATTENDING ANY NEW FORM OF EXERCISE. THIS IS BASED ON ADVICE GIVEN BY THE ROYAL COLLEGE OF OBSTETRICIANS AND GYNAECOLOGISTS.
