We run a variety of Pilates workshops for Beginners, Pregnancy and more! All of our courses aim to create a relaxed and fun environment to develop your Pilates knowledge. Each week you will progress your practice under the safe guidance of our teachers.
All courses are in our bright and airy studio with a maximum of 6 people per course so you get the highest level of instruction and guidance.
