Valid on: Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, and Clinical Massage.
Not available on: Senior Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Clinical Strength & Conditioning, Specialist Appointments, or Classes.
To make sure you get the most out of every visit the contact time with your practitioner is focused on assessing and treating you. We then allow five minutes at the end of every appointment for your practitioner to complete your clinical notes and update your personalised exercise plan.
  • 30 minute booking → 25 minutes with your practitioner
  • 45 minute booking → 40 minutes with your practitioner
  • 60 minute booking → 55 minutes with your practitioner

Valid for one Assessment. Not valid for specialist appointments (Mummy MOT and Pregnancy Health MOT). Call 0208 672 4455 to book and get your Intro Offer.

We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or change of a physiotherapy, osteopathy or complementary therapy appointment. If you miss an appointment or do not let us know in good time, you will be liable to pay the cost of the booked session.
Classes, once paid for are non-refundable but bookings may be changed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Please note we are unable to invoice any insurance company for the Mummy and Pregnancy Health MOT as these are additional specialist appointments. If you are claiming your appointment through BUPA, BUPA INTERNATIONAL or AXA PPP, please call our reception team on 020 8672 4455 to book in your appointment. Insurance appointments cannot be booked online.
