Reflexology is holistic complementary therapy which addresses the whole body rather than individual symptoms and most people can benefit. Reflexology is a gentle hands on therapy using touch on different points of the feet, lower limb and hands, these specific points correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists will focus on different points depending on your individual circumstances to help promote deep relaxation.
It is suitable for people of all ages, from tiny babies to the elderly. For each person the effects of the therapy are unique.
