Retaining Your Personal Data
The only data we collect from our website is via our Enquiry Form. This data is used only to send an email to our reception team and is not stored. Once your enquiry has been responded to, your data will be deleted.
If you become a client or patient we will send you a privacy notice with regard to how we store and keep your data.
We collect information for the purposes of analysis and business development including the number of visitors to the site and which pages are viewed. This cannot be used to identify individuals.
Google AdWords remarketing service may be used by this site to advertise on third party websites to individuals who have visited our site previously.
A facility is available for choosing how Google advertises to you at the Google Ad Preferences page, where you can opt out of interest-based advertising should you so wish.
Our user and event data are stored for the lowest possible period by Google Analytics (14 months). Any user data older than our retention setting will be marked for permanent deletion and will do longer be tracked by Google Analytics.
