More information on each class type can be found below. All studio classes are led by highly qualified and experienced Pilates instructors. We also offer Clinical Pilates, a personalised form of Pilates delivered by qualified physiotherapists. Pilates Class Formats
We offer three different Pilates Class Formats:
Mat Pilates Classes
- Class format: Mat-based Pilates class with a maximum of 6 students per teacher.
- Equipment: Pilates mat and small equipment such as bands, balls, rings, and light weights.
- Ideal for: Building core strength to help prevent back and neck pain, supporting joint and bone health, and improving posture, flexibility, and alignment. These sessions focus on controlled bodyweight exercises to create a strong foundation and enhance body awareness.
- Level: All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced. Our experienced teachers adapt exercises to suit everyone, ensuring an appropriate and effective workout for everybody.
Please note: Mat classes are not suitable during pregnancy. For pregnancy Pilates, please book a private session with Eva Perdiki or Sibylla Meienberg.
Reformer Pilates Classes
- Class format: Small-group Reformer class with a maximum of 3 students per teacher.
- Equipment: Pilates Reformer.
- Ideal for: A challenging yet low-impact full-body workout using the Reformer –specialist equipment that provides both resistance and support. Classes focus on improving strength, control, flexibility, and posture through a variety of seated, standing, and lying exercises. Adjustable resistance allows sessions to be tailored to your individual needs and fitness level.
- Level: Suitable for all levels, including beginners. The small class size and adaptability of the Reformer ensure personalised guidance throughout.

Private Pilates Classes
- Class format: One-to-one session with a dedicated teacher. Sessions take place in our shared studio, alongside other private appointments.
- Equipment: Pilates Reformer, Exo/Wunda Chair, mat, and additional small equipment.
- Ideal for: Beginners looking for a strong introduction to Pilates, those with injuries or rehabilitation needs, or anyone wanting personalised coaching to refine technique and expand their practice.
- Level: All levels welcome. Each session is fully tailored to your ability, goals, and needs.
