Clara Hollants Van Loocke
Clara was first introduced to Pilates at the age of 13 as a complementary practice to support her growing passion for ballet. As she progressed through her ballet training and went on to pursue a professional career in dance, Pilates remained a constant foundation within her routine.
Following two ankle surgeries, Clara spent many hours rehabilitating in the Pilates studio, deepening both her understanding of and appreciation for the method. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted the dance world and theatre industry, she began her formal training with BASI Pilates.
Clara is now fully qualified to teach both Matwork and Apparatus Pilates and has completed several additional courses, reflecting her ongoing commitment to developing her knowledge and expertise within the practice.
Clara is deeply passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates and is committed to ensuring that each client practises with correct technique and alignment, while carefully addressing individual needs and goals.
