Elliot Goode
Physiotherapist
Graduating with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from Coventry University, Elliot has developed his clinical experience across private practice and high-performance sport, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries.
Elliot has worked with athletes across multiple sports and levels, including top-level UK basketball, the England youth hockey pathway, England polo, professional tennis and motor racing. He has also provided pitch-side football coverage and has a particular interest in the rehabilitation and return-to-sport demands of field-based athletes.
Elliot’s main clinical passion is sporting injuries of the knee and ankle, particularly for people looking to return to running, training and competitive sport (especially football!). He enjoys the challenge of taking someone from the initial stages of injury through progressive strength, running, jumping, change of direction and sport-specific rehabilitation, with the aim of building confidence as well as physical capacity.
He also particularly enjoys working with hip and lower-back presentations where strength, movement, biomechanics and core control may be contributing to a person’s symptoms or limiting their performance. Elliot places a strong emphasis on helping patients understand their injury and the factors contributing to it, giving them the knowledge and tools to take an active role in their recovery.
Whether working with a competitive athlete or someone simply looking to get back to the activities they enjoy, Elliot takes a goal-driven approach to rehabilitation. His aim is not only to help people become pain-free, but to build the strength, confidence and physical capacity required to return to what they want to do.
