Physiotherapy

Josh is originally from New Zealand, where he completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago. Before moving to London, Josh worked in a private practice and sports clinic, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a particular focus on sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and return to sport.
Alongside his private practice work, Josh has worked across a range of sporting environments, from youth and club rugby to national-level and international teams.
Josh is also an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach. He combines this expertise with his physiotherapy practice, using strength-based rehabilitation alongside hands-on treatment to help clients return not only to function but to the demands of sport and everyday life.
Josh was initially drawn to physiotherapy through his experience competing in a range of sports including rowing, rugby, and cycling. Outside of work he enjoys travelling, long-distance running, and gym training.
