Katelin Horan
Physiotherapist
Katelin was trained in New Zealand and graduated in 2020 from the University of Otago. Since qualifying, she has been dedicated to integrating the latest research with practical, real-world rehabilitation, supporting individuals to move more efficiently and feel stronger.
She has undertaken further training in chronic pain – especially persistent low back pain – as well as running rehabilitation and treating shoulder injuries. Committed to professional development, she regularly reviews current research and emerging evidence to ensure her patients receive the most effective care. Her approach is collaborative and approachable, focusing on helping patients understand their condition, building confidence in their bodies, and developing tailored plans that suit each individual’s lifestyle and goals.
Outside the clinic, she can often be found participating in CrossFit, planning her next European adventure, or seeking out London’s finest coffee shops and hidden gems. Her own commitment to staying active means she understand the frustration of being unable to participate in favourite activities – and the joy of returning to them.
