Shauna graduated with BSc Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 2015.

She has worked in both private and public sectors and has gained great insight into a range of MSK injuries and conditions, treatment styles and resources and has treated people from all walks of life. She is confident in treating spinal injuries and both upper and lower limbs- although, she has a special interest in the hip, based off her own injury and thorough research.

Being a Mum of two, she understands the juggle of life and parenthood when working with her patients. This has also borne a passion to help breastfeeding mothers in the management of blocked ducts and mastitis.

Shauna ensures she stays on top of the latest research and advice around injury management and rehabilitation and takes great pride and joy in getting patients back to their personalised goals.

Shauna loves to spend time with her family, getting outdoors as much as possible and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. She loves to explore new places and learn about new cultures and cuisines.
