Our Pilates studio has a variety of Mat, Reformer and Physio-led classes alongside Private Pilates and beginners courses. Whether you are a beginner or want to expand your Pilates practice, everybody is welcome! All of our teachers are highly qualified with many years of experience and we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of classes.
