Hannah Whitfield
Physiotherapist and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Hannah is a highly skilled pelvic health physiotherapist who trained at Brunel University London. She brings a wealth of experience from her work within the NHS and private practice, where she specialised in pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Hannah is dedicated to delivering holistic, patient-centred care and is known for consistently exceeding expectations through her compassionate and empathetic approach.
Hannah supports women throughout pregnancy, treating a wide range of pregnancy-related conditions, and continues care postnatally to help women safely return to activity and achieve their personal goals. Her expertise spans complex pelvic health conditions for both men and women, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and faecal incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, and bowel and bladder dysfunction. She works closely with gynaecology, urology and colorectal consultants, providing integrated care both before and after surgical interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
In addition to her UK experience, Hannah worked as a Lead Clinician in the Cayman Islands, where she specialised in both pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Her role involved managing complex cases and leading high-quality, patient-focused care.
Hannah’s passion for sport and performance is reflected in both her clinical work and personal achievements. She has worked with elite athletes on the international stage and proudly represented the Cayman Islands National Netball Team as a player. She continues to stay active through netball and high-intensity interval training, bringing this energy and understanding of performance into her clinical practice to motivate and inspire her clients.
