MAUD CIOFFI MCSP
She ran a clinic in Paris for 10 years where she developed a strong interest in women's health. As pelvic floor and abdominal retraining are highly promoted in France and grant aided by the French National Health System, Maud quickly gained good experience in treating pelvic floor disorders, bladder and back passage conditions and prolapses.
She has also completed postgraduate study to manage breast cancer related conditions including manual lymphatic drainage, shoulder exercises, and scar tissue work.
Maud had also extended her knowledge and skill in the treatment of pelvic pain, ante-natal musculo-skeletal conditions and diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles following childbirth).
Maud is a hands-on physiotherapist using both manual therapy and exercises in her treatment. Her approach is global and she does not believe in no pain, no gain.
In addition, Maud offers specialists chest physiotherapy for babies with bronchiolitis.

MARY FON SING MCSP
Mary graduated from University of Melbourne in 2011 and has recently moved to London from Melbourne to explore more of Europe. As a physiotherapist certified in Clinical Pilates and working at the Commonwealth Games 2018, Mary enjoys working with patients recovering from spinal problems and sports injuries.
Patients’ goals, especially returning back to work and sports, is one of Mary’s main focus areas when treating her patients.
Mary has a keen interest in sports injuries and spinal conditions.
Her physiotherapy management includes manual therapy, Pilates driven exercise rehabilitation, dry needling and taping. Mary also specialises in pelvic floor, abdominal muscle training, breathing awareness, postural and ergonomic education in her management.
In her spare time, Mary is an avid volleyball player, martial arts enthusiast and likes chasing waves to surf. Last but not least, she speaks French and can help out if you’re lost in translation!
NICOLE LEE MCSP
Nicole graduated in 1999 from the University of Otago in New Zealand. Since then she has worked mostly in private practice both in the UK and New Zealand.
She has considerable experience in treating musculoskeletal problems, especially sports-related injuries and enjoys rehabilitating people back to full function. Nicole is trained in acupuncture and also has APPI Matwork Pilates training.
CORINNE LETIZIA MCSP
Corinne is originally from Australia and graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2013. She has experience working in both a hospital and musculoskeletal private practice setting which has helped her to understand the treatment required at all stages of rehabilitation.
Since completing her degree Corinne has become a qualified Women's Health Physiotherapist and has more recently had experience working within the NHS specifically treating women with continence issues.
Corinne also has a special interest in pre- and post-natal physiotherapy and was part of the team which pioneered an in-hospital post-natal Women's Health Physiotherapy service in the private hospital situated in her hometown.
Corinne has also completed an advanced DMA Clinical Pilates course and has experience teaching small group classes as well as completing one-on-one sessions which can be highly beneficial when creating a tailored programme specific to the level and injury of the individual.
Corinne also has experience with 'hands on' physiotherapy such as massage and in addition is trained in dry needling. She is interested in treating acute and chronic lower back pain as well as post-operative, orthopaedic and surgical rehabilitation. Corinne is very thorough in her assessments and strives to ensure she provides the highest level of client care.
KATIE LOVEGROVE MCSP
During the 10 years that Katie worked at London Bridge she managed a large team of physiotherapists alongside continuing with a busy patient caseload. She worked closely with the orthopaedic and sports consultants seeing a great number of post-operative conditions (including ACL reconstructions and shoulder and back surgery), sports injuries, back and neck pain and ante-natal musculoskeletal problems.
Katie provides expertise in the treatment of all musculoskeletal injuries with an additional special interest in anti and post natal care (including diastasis of recti). She is also qualified to teach Pilates, which she often uses as part of her treatment regimes.
Katie is a keen runner having completed a marathon which assists her in the treatment of sports and running injuries and she strongly believes in taking a holistic view and working with the patients to achieve a successful treatment outcome.
ALEX MASON MCSP
Alex is originally from New Zealand and graduated with a physiotherapy degree from the University of Otago in 2010.
He worked in a private practice for the first 3 years of his career, gaining invaluable knowledge and experience under some of New Zealand’s most highly regarded physiotherapists. While in New Zealand Alex also worked for a national football academy and a number of regional rugby teams – providing physiotherapy treatment for the athletes and acting as sports medic on game days.
In 2014 Alex moved to the UK where he has continued his physiotherapy career, working largely in the private sector, but also enjoyed a short stint with an NHS trust in London.
Alex has considerable experience treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries affecting all areas of the body and has a keen interest for sports injury rehabilitation. He employs a very hands-on style to treatment using a number of techniques including soft tissue massage, myofascial release, neural mobilisation, spinal manipulation, core strengthening and postural correction. Along with this Alex also provides customised exercise programs for his clients to ensure a multi-faceted approach to their rehabilitation.
Alex works as a physiotherapist at reCentre and also provides remedial and sports massage for clients.
JAI MISTRY MCSP MACP MSC
Following graduation from the University of Nottingham, Jai has gained a vast amount of experience working in private practices, sport settings and NHS trusts across the UK. Jai has experience working for large London teaching hospitals including Kings college Hospital with experience in undergraduate lecturing.
Jai is currently a highly specialised team lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at St George's Hospital. He has recently completed a masters in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at King's College London which is an accredited masters by the MACP (Musculoskeletal Association for Chartered Physiotherapists).
Jai has a special interest in sports injuries and lower limb biomechanics, as well as pain neuroscience. He is currently working on a research paper investigating knee ligament (ACL's) exercise programmes which he intends to publish.
Jai also spent time in Cambodia training staff and patients in a amputee and paediatric clinic.
He adopts a holistic and contemporary evidence based practice when treating patients and works to achieve optimal function as soon as possible.
Jai aims to treats patients in a manner which promotes long term prevention of conditions, and strives to motivate patients to rehabilitate to their maximum potential.
PIOTR MIZEREK MCSP
Piotr gained an MSc in Physiotherapy in Poland and went on to do post-graduate study in soft tissue therapy. He worked in orthopaedic and physiotherapy clinics in his home country before coming to live in the UK.
Piotr is highly client focused and is passionate about health and wellbeing. He has a holistic approach to his therapy and believes that pain is a signpost that points to the root cause of a problem.
Piotr works with a combination of Structural Bodywork, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports or Relaxing Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Stretching, Muscle Energy Technique, Core Stability Exercises, EMM-Tech, Acupuncture and Home Exercises.
Piotr works as a Physiotherapist and Clinical Massage Therapist.
MARIA WRENN MCSP

Maria qualified from Nottingham University in 2003. She is passionate that her patients receive a top level of assessment and treatment, guiding them through an individually tailored treatment programme. Maria is experienced in treating a wide range of pathologies and injuries and uses an evidence based approach to restore function and target pain. Her main aim is to establish the root of the problem and work together with her patients using a combination of manual techniques, acupuncture, Pilates, exercises and advice to reach their goals. She is also trained to use instrument assisted soft tissue massage techniques.
Maria takes into consideration the daily physical strains and stresses that each individual patient encounters, including work postures/work stations, as this is often a key contributing factor to muscle imbalance and pain.
She specialises in sporting injuries, pre and post operative rehabilitation, pre and post natal care, including urinary incontinence and treatment of rectus diastasis. She is also trained in treating patients who have undergone surgical treatment for breast cancer, including cording, scar management and muscle imbalance.
