Anne originally hails from Canada but she lived the bay side dream in Australia for five years before moving to London in 2018. She graduated as a Doctor of Physiotherapy with honours from the University of Melbourne in 2016 and relocated to London to further her adventures.

She has worked in private practice since graduating, treating a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. She was the team physiotherapist for a National Premier League soccer team as well as an Aussie-rules football team.

Anne has a special interest in treating spinal and sports injuries, particularly the knee after having torn both ACL’s herself. She completed working a season in Japan as a snow sports physiotherapist.

Anne has a holistic approach to treatment and uses a combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation. She is committed to developing rapport and trust with clients and enjoys promoting a collaborative approach to help them through their rehabilitation and achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

Anne is an avid traveler and is keen to explore all of London's sights on her bike! She enjoys staying active by playing basketball and climbing the occasional mountain or ten.

Mary graduated from University of Melbourne in 2011 and relocated to London from Melbourne to explore more of Europe. As a physiotherapist certified in Clinical Pilates and having worked at the Commonwealth Games 2018, Mary enjoys working with patients recovering from spinal problems and sports injuries.

Patients’ goals, especially returning back to work and sports, is one of Mary’s main focus areas when treating her patients.

Her physiotherapy management includes manual therapy, Pilates driven exercise rehabilitation, dry needling and taping. Mary also specialises in pelvic floor, abdominal muscle training, breathing awareness, postural and ergonomic education.

In her spare time, Mary is an avid volleyball player, martial arts enthusiast and likes chasing waves to surf. Last but not least, she speaks French and can help out if you’re lost in translation!

Hannah graduated with a BSc Hons in Physiology with Sports Biomedicine before completing a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from Kings College London in 2013. She is a chartered Physiotherapist with over seven years experience working in Sports and Orthopaedic medicine in a FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence. Hannah's underlying philosophy is 'exercise is medicine', whilst maintaining the traditional hands on approach. Hannah works holistically to treat the body as a whole in order to resolve pain and restore movement, strength and function. This may include a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, taping, electrotherapy, education and exercise prescription.

Since having her baby in 2017, Hannah has developed a strong interest in Women's Health Physiotherapy. She is a Mummy MOT Practitioner and is passionate about helping mums recover and achieve their goals from their 6-8 week post natal check and beyond.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys Yoga, walking her dog and is a bit of a health and fitness fanatic! She thrives off empowering other, loves being by the sea and spending time with family and friends.

Samantha is a chartered physiotherapist, who specialises on athletic performance. She graduated in 2012 from the Peninsula Allied Health Professions School in Devon and has since completed 6 years working within the NHS across all key specialities of physiotherapy, alongside an additional 3 years of sports massage.

Samantha provides physio to high-performance athletes across a wide variety of disciplines, including olympic weightlifting for GB and international athletes, rowing, CrossFit, dance, rugby, swimming and boxing (The Royal Artillery Boxing Club).

Her strong strength & conditioning (S&C) background is enhanced by not only working with athletes, but competing against athletes at a national and international level in several sports.

In addition to sports injuries & performance, Samantha has a particular focus on

  • Hip and pelvic injuries
  • Shoulder injuries
  • Women’s health and fitness, including progressing back to high-level sport post women’s health physio
  • The adolescent athlete

Her speciality also extends to performance coaching for athletes from post-injury rehab to prehab & performance progression.

She is involved in ongoing work to improve the accessibility and safety of S&C for women, and newcomers to S&C. As part of this work, she has hosted an annual female-only charity fitness event for the past eight years.

Samantha also has a foundation qualification in nutrition for health and performance, acupuncture, taping & S&C

Samantha believes that patient understanding & education is key to ensure you make the most out of the rehab and is able to fully support your treatment in the short and long term.

Ali has worked as a musculoskeletal and sports physio for over 15 years.

A skiing accident led her to treatment by a physio and she was so impressed that she became one!

Ali loves working with weekend warriors and those who have a goal but have not managed to achieve it. She specialises in return to running pain-free with a full assessment and training programme. As a marathon runner herself, she understands just how frustrating an injury can be.

It's not just the sporty people that Ali likes to work with. Patients with ongoing aches and pains who need a really clear diagnosis and plan of action to improve are just as rewarding to work with. Ali has extensive experience in the diagnosis and rehabilitation of necks, backs, hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows and wrists. She uses a range of treatments including manual therapy, acupuncture, Pilates, taping and exercise programmes. Her background of working with pre and post-operative patients allows her to tailor the prehab and rehab plan for each patient, communicating directly with Orthopaedic Consultants if needed.

Ali would like everyone to be as active as they can be to reach their potential of both mental and physical stamina to cope with life's demands.

As well as working in clinic, she puts her skills to use pitchside having worked with two local clubs, Battersea Ironsides Rugby Club and Spencer which has six different sports including cricket, hockey, tennis, squash and netball. Internationally, she has treated the Irish Womens' hockey team in the Europeans. She hung up her own hockey stick last year and took to river paddle boarding for a fun core workout between her running and cycling days.

Chris Cleaver MCSP

Chris qualified as a physiotherapist in 2014 at Sheffield Hallam University and more recently completed a Masters degree. He has worked in a large variety of clinical settings before his current position as a team lead at the St John's Therapy Centre for the NHS.

Chris has a passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and aims to create therapy programmes tailored to his clients' specific needs. His in-depth approach allows him to not only get people better, but keep them that way.

His therapy skills include manual therapy, massage, acupuncture, sports specific rehab, taping and exercise therapy. Additionally he has a specialist interest in treating knee, foot and lower back pain.

Chris is a sports lover with his biggest passion coming from cycling and competing in triathlons. He also loves to try his competitive hand at anything from basketball to golf.

Carmen qualified in 2009, with a BSc Physiotherapy (Hons) from St George’s University, London. Following this she went on to work in patient care across several top London teaching hospitals before starting clinical research into the effects of exercise on lung disease.

Driven by her passion for all things Women’s health, Carmen has additional training in Post-natal conditioning, anti and post-natal Pilates (APPI), and is a Mummy MOT Practitioner. She has a special interest in yoga as medicine, pelvic health, and the menopausal years.

Carmen believes in ageing well and empowering the individual in attaining personal goals and personal health. In her practice she utilises strength and conditioning and breathwork to aid mobility and function.

As a clinician she recognises that pain is multifactorial and the impact that this can have on a person’s life. Her aim is always to improve overall quality of life. She believes in patient-led treatments and the interactive relationship between mental wellbeing and physical rehabilitation.

She uses adjuncts such as myofascial release: scar, remedial, and sports massage to assist in reducing pain and improving functional movement. With a strong belief in the therapeutic benefits of manual therapy she incorporates this skill set, and the importance of education into all treatment sessions. Working hard to support her patients at all times.

Carmen fully supports the individual in achieving personal, relevant goals by providing guidance and support whether it be physical fitness, or a return to activity following injury, illness, or the post-natal period.

She has a good understanding of the importance of lifestyle management and exercise rehabilitation and will incorporate these effectively into your treatment using the full breadth of her expertise.

Whatever your injury or concern, Carmen will provide a thorough assessment and an evidence-based treatment plan, all developed and based on your specific requirements.

When Carmen is not working she’s gardening, raising two small amazing humans, or cycling and exploring the city.

Shauna is South African and graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2015. She has worked in multiple settings from rural hospitals to private sports practices as well as working with wellness groups within the corporate environment.

She has treated numerous sport’s injuries as well as general injuries linked to our daily activities i.e. neck and back pain, orthopaedic rehabilitation, care of the elderly and blocked ducts/mastitis within women’s health.

Shauna’s skills include hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques, dry needling, exercise rehabilitation tailored to each individual, as well as massage therapy. She has a keen interest in furthering her knowledge in Pilates and continuously keeping up-to-date with new research.

Shauna recently moved to London with her husband to gain international work and life experience.
She is an active, outdoor person who spends most of her time walking/ running, hiking and traveling.

Shauna has an interest in sports injuries and a passion for helping people overcome their pain and injury to reach their goals.
