ELAINE TOMKINS MIFPA TIDHA MCHNC MFHT (SENIOR MASSAGE THERAPIST)
Elaine has over 25 years of experience in the field of massage and offers a wide range of highly specialised treatments ranging from pre and post pregnancy massage, deep tissue muscular release therapy, myofascial and trigger point therapy, intra-oral massage for treating TMJ (tooth grinding/clenching) issues, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, specialised massage therapy for cancer and range of beautiful facial treatments with the added luxury of hot and cold stones. She is also a qualified Aromatherapist and Rosalena's Senior FaceFit therapist.
Her treatments are always bespoke; tailor made for each and every individual with a unique set of skills and creative offering that makes her a very popular therapist and truly an expert in her field.
Elaine is our senior reCentre massage therapist and is currently Head of Massage training for Neal's Yard Remedies, developing and delivering a wide range of training courses in the UK and overseas. She is highly qualified and is committed to providing a first class service.
MAUD CIOFFI MCSP
She ran a clinic in Paris for 10 years where she developed a strong interest in women's health. As pelvic floor and abdominal retraining are highly promoted in France and grant aided by the French National Health System, Maud quickly gained good experience in treating pelvic floor disorders, bladder and back passage conditions and prolapses.
She has also completed postgraduate study to manage breast cancer related conditions including manual lymphatic drainage, shoulder exercises, and scar tissue work.
Maud had also extended her knowledge and skill in the treatment of pelvic pain, ante-natal musculo-skeletal conditions and diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles following childbirth).
Maud is a hands-on physiotherapist using both manual therapy and exercises in her treatment. Her approach is global and she does not believe in no pain, no gain.
In addition, Maud offers specialists chest physiotherapy for babies with bronchiolitis.

Grit is an osteopath and sports massage therapist. She combines many of her osteopathic techniques with her approach to massage in order to help improve and regain a feeling of wellbeing and balance within the body and the mind. Her treatments are specifically aimed at relieving aches and pains within joints and myofascial connections and to enhance blood flow and lymphatic drainage which aids the natural healing and recovery process. She is trained in obstetric and visceral osteopathy and combines this knowledge with her massage treatments to help provide relaxation and relief from stresses and strains on your body during pregnancy and after birth (or for any discomfort experienced in your digestive system or abdominal viscera).
CORINNE LETIZIA MCSP
Corinne is originally from Australia and graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2013. She has experience working in both a hospital and musculoskeletal private practice setting which has helped her to understand the treatment required at all stages of rehabilitation.
Since completing her degree Corinne has become a qualified Women's Health Physiotherapist and has more recently had experience working within the NHS specifically treating women with continence issues.
Corinne also has a special interest in pre- and post-natal physiotherapy and was part of the team which pioneered an in-hospital post-natal Women's Health Physiotherapy service in the private hospital situated in her hometown.
Corinne has also completed an advanced DMA Clinical Pilates course and has experience teaching small group classes as well as completing one-on-one sessions which can be highly beneficial when creating a tailored programme specific to the level and injury of the individual.
Corinne also has experience with 'hands on' physiotherapy such as massage and in addition is trained in dry needling. She is interested in treating acute and chronic lower back pain as well as post-operative, orthopaedic and surgical rehabilitation. Corinne is very thorough in her assessments and strives to ensure she provides the highest level of client care.
Veronica is a multi-disciplinary therapist with a special interest in women's well-being and natural healthcare in all stages of life, including pregnancy.
Veronica has developed her unique way of working, always fully focused on the whole person, combining deeper detailed bodywork with subtler light touch and intuitive guidance. Her massage is characterized by a slow, constant beautiful flow aimed at calming the nervous system and she is particularly well known and specialized in neck and shoulders work including the head and face.
Focused on the synthesis between Aromatherapy, Traditional Oriental Medicine, Massage and Energy Healing, Veronica also specialises in Holistic Facial Therapies and Natural Skincare Coaching. Her experience and knowledge led her to develop her own signature facials aimed at balancing skin, body, mind and harmonizing the emotions.
In addition to her facial work, Veronica also offers Pregnancy Massage, Indian Champissage (Traditional Indian Head Massage) and Bellabaci Cupping Therapy Massage.
Francesca Walsh is a very experienced and highly-qualified massage therapist who is well-liked by her clients. She is totally committed to continuing professional development in order to provide the most effective treatments for her clients and was recently awarded a Distinction in her BTEC Level 6 qualification in Advanced Clinical Massage and Sports Massage, this being the highest massage qualification in the UK.
Francesca's style of massage is a unique, creative and intuitive combination of various techniques from sports/deep tissue massage, soft tissue release, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot stones massage, aromatherapy and stretching. She tailors her massage to the individual requirements of each client - from a specific injury recovery treatment to the ultimate in deeply relaxing hot stones massage.
