We are passionate about the amazing benefits of Pilates and our studio has classes available to everybody seven days a week.

Our Pilates classes are 55 minutes within an hour's booking time to allow for cleaning between sessions.
Group Reformer Pilates
Our 3:1 Reformer classes offer a small group class with 1 teacher to 3 students working on the Pilates Reformer to improve your overall body strength, flexibility and control.
The Reformer offers a multitude of low impact but challenging exercises to work the entire body. You will perform exercises sitting, lying or standing on the reformer and its springs provide resistance to increase the challenge or provide additional support depending on your own personal needs.
The small class size and adaptability of the Reformer allow us to welcome students of all levels, including beginners.
A 1:1 class offers a personalised and varied session using the Pilates Reformer alongside matwork, the Wunda Chair, spine corrector and other small equipment. Every exercise is tailored to your own unique requirements.
We recommend this class as an ideal introduction to Pilates for beginners; to support clients who have a specific injury or rehab requirements; and for those looking to work privately with an experienced teacher to extend their Pilates repertoire and and deepen their technique.
