SIBYLLA MEIENBERG
Sibylla, originally from Switzerland, was a keen figure skater, competing at national level. Upon leaving the competitive figure skating world, Sibylla moved to London to pursue an acting career. During her time at drama school she was introduced to Pilates, discovering its benefits for herself. She trained with Pilates International (now Sampson Pilates) and has been teaching across London for many years.
Sibylla enjoys teaching a wide variety of clients, finds it extremely rewarding when clients are able to perform exercises or movements that they once struggled with and, having worked alongside Physiotherapists for many years, believes that movement is a healer.

CLARA HOLLANTS VAN LOOCKE

Clara is a BASI trained Pilates teacher as well as being a professional Ballet dancer, she is qualified to teach Matwork and Apparatus Pilates. Pilates became an integral part of Clara’s life many years ago when she started practicing within her dance training. Following an injury, she spent many hours in the Pilates studio completing her rehab, this was where she fell in love with Pilates and continues to practice to help with strength and preventing injuries.
Clara is hugely passionate about sharing the benefits of Pilates and enjoys making sure everyone is practicing the correct technique and alignment whilst addressing the individual needs of every client.

EVA PERDIKI

Eva is a very experienced teacher and comes from a ballet background. Eva has over 15 years of teaching experience and is qualified to teach both Matwork and Pilates Apparatus by the Pilates Foundation UK; a highly respected organisation committed to maintaining the highest standard of teaching.
She has worked with young children all the way through to people in their 90s; from elite athletes to people with disabilities. Eva is very passionate in helping her clients to get familiar with their bodies and their capabilities. She has a constant hunger for learning, so she always has new things to share. During lockdown she trained online and qualified in James d’Silva’s Garuda Method, which she brings into her Pilates sessions and has recently taken Peter Crone’s (The Mind Architect) Mastermind events, which has influenced her teaching greatly.

LUCY MORFEY
Lucy first encountered Pilates during her professional dance training. After having her four children, she trained with Body Control Pilates in Matwork. With 20 years of teaching experience, Lucy remains passionate about enabling her clients to understand and work with their bodies and the amazing potential that they hold. Lucy will guide you through a series of exercises that cover all ranges of functional movements. She will adapt all exercises to suit your level of fitness and experience.
Lucy has recently qualified as a Massage therapist. She loves running, tennis, swimming and lifting weights. She has one granddaughter and is a passionate beekeeper.
SUSI DALE

Susi is our Managing Director. She started teaching exercise in 1993 while taking a year out from academic study. Fast forward 30 years and those studies are still on hold! During her three decades in the wellness industry, Susi has worked as an instructor, studio manager, personal trainer, therapist and ultimately as a senior manager.
She took her first Pilates class in 1998 when introducing it into the studios she was running at that time. A regular practice developed later. Finding Pilates helped manage symptoms of low back pain that started during pregnancy, Susi has also found that her practice provides essential support as she navigates the waters of middle age. Aside from the many physical benefits of exercise, she appreciates the mindful aspect of Pilates, recognising the restorative value of an hour of concentration on movement and breath.
She sees her own Pilates practice as one key to maintaining strength, mobility and overall wellbeing into later life and is passionate about sharing the many benefits of Pilates with her clients. She has experience teaching a broad range of populations and has a particular interest in healthy aging.
As well as being a BASI comprehensive Pilates teacher, Susi is also a certified massage therapist, reflexologist, NLP master practitioner and coach. She loves helping others and is committed to her ongoing learning and development.

ANITA KUTSAROVA
Anita is a STOTT trained mat and Reformer Pilates teacher and comes from a gymnastic and arts background, originally from Bulgaria, Anita moved to London to pursue her creative career. Alongside her creative career, Anita has always been active and after discovering the effects of Pilates on her own body and mind, she decided to train as a Pilates teacher to share her passion with others.
Anita’s classes are based about the STOTT Pilates biomechanical principles and emphasis on correct technique and alignment.

ALDONA KARPIUK
Aldona is an enthusiastic advocate for promoting an active lifestyle and thoroughly enjoys connecting with individuals.
Aldona’s own practice led her to delve deeper into the teachings and principles of BASI. This exploration ignited a profound interest in the complexities and dynamics of the human body. Inspired by this newfound passion, she undertook Comprehensive Teacher Training with BASI UK in January 2022. Fully aware of the demanding journey ahead, Aldona understood that commitment and relentless effort were essential, for nothing worthwhile comes without dedication!
Today, as a proud graduate of BASI, Aldona is thrilled to share her genuine love for Pilates with you. She deeply values constructive feedback, as it serves as a tool to craft a training program that supports you on your unique journey towards accomplishing your personal goals.
DB CRAWFORD
Having qualified in 1992 as an Aerobic Instructor, DB spent the following 10 years choreographing step routines for teachers. After receiving several injuries from teaching step she decided that she wanted to be in an injury free environment. This decision led her to train with the well-reputed organisation, Stott Pilates.
DB has been teaching Pilates since 2008 and is very passionate about it too. She believes that if you want change to your mind and body, Pilates has the recipe for both.
DB classes cater for all levels and take a more classical route in terms of her teaching style. She always ensures that every body part is worked and you will leave her classes feel supple yet strong.
CHRISTINE EVANS
After many years working in a corporate environment, Christine decided to change direction and train as a Pilates instructor, having seen how a regular Pilates practice really helped to address the stiffness and muscle tension in the neck, shoulders and back that came from sitting in front of a screen all day.
She studied matwork Pilates with Body Control Pilates and her goal is to help people, whatever their age and fitness level, to move better and experience for themselves the great benefits that Pilates can bring.
She is qualified to teach Pilates for bone health and older participants, and is also a certified Back4Good® practitioner, focusing on the prevention and management of low back pain. She is currently working towards her reformer certification.
When she’s not practicing Pilates, Christine loves to sing and is an enthusiastic member of a couple of choirs!
ERIN YOUNG
Erin left a successful eight-year dance career due to a back injury and took some time off to recover. A year working with a physio introduced and ignited her passion for Pilates. She completed Alan Herdman’s teacher training course, which emphasised rehabilitation from injuries.
Having always been active through dance and eager to challenge herself, Erin realised that by changing her approach and focusing on Pilates, she could achieve a functional, protective, and injury-free body, which transformed her practice. She is dedicated to helping her clients experience the benefits of Pilates, such as injury prevention, increased strength, and mobility.
