Workshop: Mental Landscaping for Creating your Best Year in 2025 with Sally Roberts
Mental landscaping is part of the Thought Pattern Management ‘tool set’. It’s an easy and fun way to arrange or rearrange the things/people that you hold dear, or things /people that are difficult, ‘sticky’ or distressing. Included in the list of ‘things’ you can investigate, are all feelings and emotions, people, activities, projects, environments and places, values and beliefs. We live mostly in our subconscious mind, on ‘autopilot’, often at the effect of other people’s actions and decisions (How often have you driven a familiar route, only to wonder how you got there safely because you were thinking about something else?). Until we are fully aware of the choices available to us, we are not living the life we choose, but the life that is chosen for us. Your unconscious mind is powerful; it keeps you safe and it has ALL the answers! Learning to trust it and use it effectively allows you to create what you truly want, with clarity and focus.
