We believe that in order to offer Clinical Pilates to our patients, sessions must initially be conducted on a 1:1 basis. This allows your specialist physiotherapist to give you 100% of their attention to ensure you are practicing safely before you join a group class. If you're looking to join a Clinical Pilates physio-led group class and have not yet seen one of our physios for an individual appointment, you can book a discounted pre-class physio assessment. Please call us on 020 8672 4455 to arrange this.

If you have never tried Pilates before or if you have any form of injury, Clinical Pilates taught by experienced practitioners trained in the Pilates method is your safest and most effective route into Pilates.

If you're injury free and would like to join a regular Pilates class taught by a Pilates teacher rather than a physio, you can visit our Class Timetable where you'll be able to book private lessons or group classes online.
