Clinical Pilates is taught by one of our highly qualified Physiotherapists. Your session can include a variety of Pilates including using the Mat and Reformer. This is a great option if you have never tried Pilates before or are suffering from a specific injury as your physiotherapist will guide you safely through each exercise.
If you're injury free and would like to join a regular Pilates class taught by a Pilates teacher rather than a physio, you can visit our Class Timetable where you'll be able to book private lessons or group classes online.
